Our good friend Russell Stacy (Greybeard) passed away during the night.

Sometime around 9:30pm, Lynn (SpeedRacer2) spoke with Russell on the telephone and Russell had told him that he was thinking about picking Jimmie Johnson at Bristol, but would make a definite decision in the morning. Russell said, "I probably should save him for Martinsville, but I'm thinking that I'll just take him for Bristol."

He said that he knew the smart thing would be to save Johnson for next week at Martinsville, but that he figured a lot of people would be picking him next week and he'd probably just go with his first feeling and take him for Bristol.

Greybeard picked the winner for his final selection. Godspeed old friend...
